Con el precitado auto se resuelve el impedimento manifestado por el conjuez Juan Camilo Restrepo Salazar para participar en el presente proceso, por haber conceptuado sobre la constitucionalidad del artículo demandado y, en consecuencia, estar incurso en la causal consagrada en el artículo 25 del Decreto 2067 de 1991.

Se NIEGA el impedimento precitado porque, más allá de reconocer la existencia de la circunstancia planteada, no se observó afectación de la imparcialidad exigida en los juicios de inconstitucionalidad.
